Just starting out: I have an idea, but no 3D design or prototype yet. Where do I start?
With a design but nothing else so far, you will need to start with developing a 3D part design. And that’s where we’re happy to step in. We’ll take you from your concept through to designing the part, prototyping, mould design to delivering a production-ready tool.
I have a 3D design or prototype, but no tooling yet. Can you help?
Working from your 3D design, we’ll advise you on the type of mould required to meet your production requirement and work with selected production partners to deliver quality tools at the right price. We’re also able to reverse engineer existing products or prototypes to create a part design for our tool-makers.
I have a tool, or a product already in production. What do I do next?
At this point in your production journey, you can move straight to plastic injection moulding or extrusion. Tell us what your material, volume and finish requirements are, and we’ll give you a competitive quote from there. Each project is unique and we’re happy to take on projects at any point in the production journey.
I need finishing, packing or assembly. Do you offer this?
We’ve got you covered. From hand and robotic assembly, to welding and pack-ready finishing, we can pick up wherever your process currently stops and get you over the finishing line.
