SECTORS
Our 35+ years of experience, extensive knowledge of polymers, and strict quality control allow us to offer a diverse range of plastic solutions to a multitude of business sectors.
Featured Sectors:
INJECTION MOULDING
Plastic injection moulding is a versatile manufacturing process used across a wide range of industries to produce precise, durable plastic components in high volumes. Industries include:
Automotive Industry
The automotive sector relies heavily on injection moulding for mass-producing complex, lightweight components. Applications include interior parts (dashboards, door panels, and centre consoles), exterior trim (bumpers, fenders, and grilles), and under-the-hood components (engine covers and air intake manifolds). We’ve also created parts for the wider industry including petrol pump dispensers using carefully selected chemical-resistant and shatter-proof polymers.
Medical and Pharmaceutical Sector
Strict hygiene, safety, and precision standards make injection moulding vital for healthcare. It is used to manufacture single-use syringes, surgical instruments, diagnostic kit housings, vials, and medication delivery systems using medical-grade polymers. We’re also able to offer ultra-sonic welding to create air- and water-tight seals between plastic components.
Consumer Goods and Toys
Many everyday household items, storage containers, and children’s toys (such as interlocking plastic bricks and action figures) are injection-moulded due to the process’s cost-efficiency and flexibility in creating bright, durable shapes.
Marine
We’ve worked with a number of clients the marine industry to create deck and dock hardware using plastic injection moulding. Our ability to provide custom-designed, intricate parts to create locking mechanisms and pivoting joints, combined with mixed material parts created by overmoulding provides unique solutions to maximise flexibility, safety and praticality.
Electronics and Technology
Electronics manufacturers use injection moulding for structural housings, computer and phone cases, circuit board mounts, and intricate internal wiring components that require tight tolerances and aesthetic appeal.
Construction and Building
The building sector utilises injection moulding for durable window and door hardware, pipe and electrical fittings, and structural spacers or insulation components. Often replacing parts that would otherwise be casted from metal, plastic injection moulding offers more precise detailing and quicker production. We’re also able to offer both injection moulding and plastic extrusion under one roof, combined with end-to-end project management for a versatile offering and opportunity for complex assemblies.
Featured Polymers:
Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
A rigid, tough, and impact-resistant thermoplastic often used for consumer goods, electronics housings, and protective headgear.
Polypropylene (PP)
A lightweight, flexible, and chemical-resistant polyolefin used extensively for packaging, medical devices, and automotive components.
Polycarbonate (PC)
A transparent, highly durable engineering plastic featuring great impact resistance and thermal stability, common in lenses, safety gear, and electronic housings
Polyamide (PA / Nylon)
An engineering polymer known for high strength, wear resistance, and a low coefficient of friction, frequently moulded into mechanical gears and bearings.
Acetal (Polyoxymethylene / POM)
Acetal is a hard, rigid, and strong engineering thermoplastic known for Acetal is a hard, rigid, and strong engineering thermoplastic.
Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPE)
TPE is a family of rubber-like materials that combine rubber-like stretch and recovery, soft-touch ergonomics, impact absorption, and recyclability.
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
A cost-effective, highly versatile, and durable option used for plastic extrusion. Extruded PVC resists moisture, chemicals, corrosion, and UV weathering.
PLASTIC EXTRUSION
Plastic extrusion is a versatile manufacturing process used across multiple major industries to create continuous shapes like pipes, tubes, and films. Industries include:
Construction: Uses extruded plastics for window and door frames, weather stripping, siding, decking, fencing, and drainage or plumbing pipes.
Automotive: Relies on extrusion for interior and exterior trims, door and window seals, weather stripping, bumper reinforcements, and wire cable covers.
Medical: Utilizes specialized medical-grade extrusion to manufacture flexible tubing, catheters, IV lines, and microcatheters.
Electrical and Electronics: Employs extrusion for wire and cable insulation, conduit systems, protective cable ducts, and electronic housings.
Furniture and Retail: Creates edge banding, decorative trims, shelving components, price label holders, and display case channelling.
Agriculture: Relies on durable, corrosion-resistant extruded products like land drainage pipes, irrigation troughs, plant trays, and garden fencing.
Sport & Leisure: Plastic extrusion is often used to replace historically wooden parts for example the poles and posts in horse jumps, for improved weather reistance, quicker manufacturing and lower maintenance requirements.

Why is plastic used for packaging
While in recent years the use of plastics for packaging purposes is seeing a decrease following environmental concerns, it is undeniable that the material is incredibly useful for the purpose of packaging and protecting goods. We take a look at why plastics have been chosen as a packaging product over other materials for so long, as well as which sectors need to continue using plastic packaging when other industries are cutting down.
