Opus Plastics also specialise is Ultrasonic welding which allows us to fuse many different materials creating water and airtight seals. We can also offer joint design recommendations as part of our service.

Our range of plastic welding equipment includes hand-held units and bench top systems. Opus Plastics can also advise on the best possible assembly method for cost savings and speed to allow repeatable monitored assembly by using vibrating bowl feeders, linear tracks and pneumatic cylinders.
